Worry not because Eswatini TV has brought the home learning classes back on the screens!
The Eswatini Television Authority (ESTVA) will be bringing back its popular home learning classes, which are specially tailored for Grade 7s, Form 3s, and Form 5s. These classes will be aired every Saturday from 10am to 1pm, providing learners with valuable resources to reinforce their knowledge and prepare them for upcoming academic challenges.
This was confirmed by Senior Marketing Communication and Brand Officer (SMCBO) Nomcebo Malinga today (Thursday, August 15, 2024).
Malinga shared with this publication that, as it’s the school holidays, Eswatini TV would like to alert all its viewers to the exciting initiatives aimed at Supporting students during their school break.
She said, “As part of our vision, which is to educate. Eswatini TV is excited to finally have a program slot that will speak to our mandate and be dedicated to our young audience,” said Malinga
According to Malinga, the home-learning classes will cover essential subjects aligning with the national curriculum, which include Mathematics, Science, English, and SiSwati subjects
These home-learning classes are a rebroadcast of episodes aired during the COVID-19 pandemic. The episodes feature expert educators who assist students by sharing the key concepts of each subject and examination preparation strategies.
