MINISTER OF EDUCATION EXTENDS SCHOOLS SECOND TERM OPENING DATE

Minister of Education, Honourable Owen Nxumalo, announced that the second term of schools will now open on the 14th May, superseding the initial date of 7 May. The minister explained that the pushing of the date would not negatively affect the education of learners, and encouraged that the learners take some time to revisit their books in preparation of the commencing of the second term. He added that the teachers should also use this opportunity to ease off in preparation for a new term.
